Tsakane Montani
Professional Valuer
Tsakane Montani is registered as a Professional Valuer registered with the SACPVP. Tsakani completed his National Diploma in Property Valuations from University of Johannesburg in 2011. This qualification was further endorsed by his affiliation with the RICS as an Associate RICS Member (membership number: 6985368) from the 9th of September 2021.
He has worked for Mohlogo Property Valuers where he was involved in Farm Valuations for Restitution purposes & township establishment, Commercial Valuations and Bank Valuations. Tsakane has 13 years’ experience in property valuations; all inclusive of the Section 52 Reviews and appearances in front of the Valuation Appeal Boards.

Nompilo Gladness Msibi
Professional Valuer
Nompilo Gladness Msibi holds a National Diploma in Real Estate obtained from
the University of Johannesburg in 2012. She further did a bridging programme
in Property Foundation for B.Com (Hons) in Property Valuation and
Management.
Nompilo gained her experience through working with the following clientele:
